GREENWICH — The Greenwich Arts Council kicked off its annual ‘Art to the Avenue’ event on Thursday evening, with special events and art exhibitions held along Greenwich Avenue.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of the community event. It continues throughout the month, with works of art exhibited in businesses on the avenue until May 31.
